Bilateral Lumbosacral Plexopathy Following Prostate Surgery: A Case Report [Prostat Cerrahisi Sonrasında Görülen Bilateral Lumbosakral Pleksopati: Bir Olgu Sunumu]

Abstract
Postoperative neurologic complications of anesthesia is often thought to develop as secondary. The first reason of bilateral lower limb paralysis after regional block is anesthesia. However, rare complications such as bilateral lumbosacral plexus injury may lead to the clinical presentation. In this current case, we aimed to discuss the propable causes of plexopathy and to present the patient who had urgent surgery again after open prostate surgery and who is with bilateral lumbosacral plexopathy.
