About the Journal
Medicine Science (Med-Science) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Turaz Science Association.
The journal is published quarterly, in March, June, September, and December. Medicine Science was published in both Turkish and English between 2012 and 2016 and has been published exclusively in English since 2017.
Medicine Science publishes original research articles, review articles, clinical perspectives, and editorials in clinical medicine and health sciences.
All manuscripts submitted to the journal are evaluated in accordance with the journal’s editorial and ethical policies. Original research articles undergo double-blind peer review by independent reviewers. Detailed information regarding manuscript preparation, submission, peer review, and editorial decision-making is available in the journal’s Instructions for Authors and Peer Review Policy.
The journal follows internationally recognized principles of scholarly publishing and research ethics, including the recommendations of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE).
Aim Scope
Medicine Science (Med-Science) aims to contribute to the advancement and dissemination of scientific knowledge in clinical medicine and health sciences, with a primary focus on research that has direct relevance to human health, patient care, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and healthcare outcomes.
The journal provides a multidisciplinary platform for scientifically sound research relevant to clinical practice and healthcare delivery. It welcomes original research articles, reviews, clinical perspectives, and editorials in major areas of clinical medicine and surgical sciences, dentistry and oral health, nursing and patient care, public health and epidemiology, diagnostic and laboratory medicine, medical education, and related health sciences.
Priority is given to clinical and epidemiological research, observational and interventional studies, diagnostic and prognostic studies, outcome research, and multidisciplinary investigations that provide meaningful evidence for patients, healthcare professionals, or healthcare systems.
Basic, laboratory, and translational research may also be considered when the study demonstrates a clear and direct relevance to human disease, diagnosis, treatment, clinical practice, or healthcare outcomes.
The journal does not generally consider manuscripts whose primary focus is outside human health and healthcare, including veterinary science, agriculture, non-medical engineering, non-health-related social sciences, or basic experimental research without clear clinical relevance.
Medicine Science seeks to publish rigorous and clinically relevant research for an international readership while maintaining a defined focus on human medicine and evidence-based healthcare.
